Only draw-back for me was that it doesn't have any photos to go with her recipes, which are important to me. But that's a minor complaint. That does work better than most other grain combos I have tried too. Aug 06, B rated it did not like it.

Larry I have been diagnosed since I have found a very good bread gluten free. Look it up on the computer. I found it at Walmart it is high in cost but well worth it. I think.
All others I have tried are like a sponge. Maybe you can try it.
